Head of Sales and Marketing

Gujranwala, Pakistan

Job Purpose:

To lead and oversee the entire Sales & Marketing function by developing strategies that ensure sustainable growth, market expansion, brand visibility, and customer satisfaction, while aligning departmental objectives with the company’s long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership

  • Design and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Manage and monitor all sales channels (Dealer, Retail, Corporate, Online, Export).
  • Develop sales policies, discount structures, and performance benchmarks.
  • Build and nurture a strong distribution/dealer network.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service and relationship management.

Marketing & Branding
6. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, PR).
7. Strengthen brand positioning through innovative strategies.
8. Supervise product launches and coordinate with R&D/product development teams.
9. Maximize visibility on digital platforms, social media, and e-commerce.
10. Track marketing ROI and ensure efficient use of budgets.

Business Development
11. Explore new markets (domestic & international) for business expansion.
12. Build strategic partnerships and alliances.
13. Lead negotiations with major clients and government institutions.
14. Increase export sales and ensure compliance with international standards.
15. Drive corporate sales and long-term contracts.

Leadership & Reporting
16. Recruit, train, and lead a dynamic sales & marketing team.
17. Prepare periodic performance reviews and strategic reports for management.
18. Align sales & marketing operations with company-wide business goals.
19. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and industry standards.
20. Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and corporate events.

  • Visionary leadership and ability to inspire large teams.
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven expertise in marketing (traditional + digital) and sales management.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-centric approach with focus on long-term relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA (Marketing / Sales preferred).
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing leadership roles.
  • Industry background in Manufacturing/FMCG/Furniture preferred.
  • Strong record of delivering sales growth and building successful teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
