Position Overview

The Head of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance brand visibility. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong business acumen, proven leadership skills, and hands-on experience in sales management, marketing strategy, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and vision.
  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue and performance targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to drive growth.
  • Oversee brand positioning, digital marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage annual sales and marketing budgets.
  • Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand message and customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into actionable business plans.
  • Experience in real estate will be an advantage.
