Role Summary
As Head of Sales, you will lead and scale Vmigrant’s sales efforts globally. You will drive revenue growth across visa services and US company formation offerings by building and managing a high-performance sales team, optimizing sales strategies, and ensuring seamless alignment with marketing and operations. You will be a key driver in helping Vmigrant achieve ambitious growth targets and expand into new markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to grow revenue across all service lines (visa consulting, US company formation, compliance, etc.).
- Set quarterly and annual sales targets in line with company goals.
- Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities and target segments.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, lead, mentor, and scale a global sales team (sales reps, account executives, business development associates).
- Establish KPIs, performance objectives, and growth plans tied to individual and team success.
- Conduct regular sales training and coaching sessions.
Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and upselling services.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead funnels and conversions.
- Track pipeline metrics and sales performance to forecast growth and identify bottlenecks.
Client Relationships & Partnerships
- Maintain strong relationships with key enterprise, institutional, and high-value individual clients.
- Develop strategic partnerships with education agents, immigration networks, platforms, and global recruiters.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and meetups to grow brand visibility and partnerships.
Reporting & Analysis
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to executive leadership.
- Use CRM systems to maintain sales records, track customer interactions, and improve targeting.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales leadership, preferably in immigration services, higher-education pathways, global mobility, or related consulting services.
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and building scalable sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical capabilities.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote, and international environment.
Preferred
- Understanding of visa application processes, international mobility services, and US business formation services.
- Experience with digital sales tools and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Multilingual abilities or exposure to South Asian, Middle Eastern, or European markets.
