Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Win New Business: Partner with the founder and sales team to lead SEO in pitches. You'll craft compelling decks and be the authoritative voice that wins the trust of high-value clients.
- Drive Client Growth & LTV: Act as the strategic lead for our most important clients. Conduct deep-dive business reviews, build trust as their advisor, and identify opportunities to cross-sell/upsell services to maximize their Lifetime Value.
- Set Strategic Direction: Guide our internal delivery team, ensuring our strategies are innovative, effective, and aligned with our ambitious growth goals.
What will you not do:
- Lead generation or cold outreach.
- Day-to-day implementation tasks (we have a great team for that).
Skills Required:
Technical Chops:
- 7+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a diverse portfolio.
- Deep expertise in technical SEO (crawling, architecture, Core Web Vitals) and analytics (GA4).
- Mastery of tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
Business & Soft Skills:
- Elite Presentation Skills: You can command a room and tell a story with data that excites C-level executives.
- Masterful Deck Crafting: You build beautiful, persuasive presentations in Google Slides or PowerPoint.
- Consultative Selling Mindset: You listen to pain points and build trust that closes deals and grows accounts.
- Business Acumen: You understand how SEO impacts revenue, LTV, and CAC, and you can articulate it.
