We’re looking for a Head of Sourcing & Supply Chain to oversee all sourcing, including raw material procurement, R&D for fabrics, trims, and accessories, and managing outsourcing processes such as dyeing, embroidery, and finishing, while ensuring end-to-end supply chain alignment with planning, merchandising, production, and business timelines to support smooth and timely product cycles. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in textiles, proven operational experience, and a data-driven approach to optimize sourcing and overall supply chain performance. Responsibilities

Develop and implement sourcing strategies for raw materials, including fabrics, trims, and accessories, to ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.

Identify, evaluate, and build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, locally and internationally, monitoring performance to address quality, lead time, and OTP issues.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure the best value for the company.

Lead R&D initiatives for fabrics, trims, and accessories to keep the brand competitive in price, quality, and innovation.

Oversee outsourced processes such as dyeing, embroidery, printing, and washing, ensuring quality, timelines, and clear expectations with partners.

Provide management with visibility into sourcing timelines, risks, execution challenges, and financial implications to support strategic decisions.

Align sourcing with overall supply chain planning, including demand, capacity, milestones, and financial planning, to ensure smooth end-to-end execution.

Collaborate with design, production, planning, and merchandising teams to ensure sourcing readiness and feasibility in line with seasonal and annual plans.

Lead and coordinate sourcing categories and teams, ensuring prioritization, consistency, execution, clear roles, reporting, and adherence to SOPs.

Participate in management meetings and reviews, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations for proactive decisions and business alignment.
Requirements

Strong technical knowledge of textiles, woven & knitted fabrics, trims, accessories, wet processing, embroidery, embellishments, and finishing processes.

Knowledge of fashion/textile product development, including Fabric R&D, sourcing, and supply chain.

Over 10 years of experience in textile operations and sourcing, preferably with established fast fashion brands.

Proven leadership skills in managing high-performing and cross-functional teams while overseeing supplier relationships and coordinating multiple sourcing categories.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong problem-solving ability.

Strong strategic and analytical ability, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools, leveraging data to support management decisions and strategic alignment.

Experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, capacity management, and financial planning within a fashion or textile business is highly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field, with a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration preferred.
