Harris Silicones & Glass (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Warehouse Officer to manage warehouse operations efficiently, ensuring accurate inventory control, proper storage, and timely issuance of materials in compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify raw materials, finished goods, and consumables against GRNs and purchase documents.
• Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage of materials as per FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/manual registers.
• Issue materials to production and other departments against approved requisitions.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock checks and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Accounts for smooth warehouse operations.
• Monitor minimum and reorder levels and report shortages or excess stock.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, fire safety, and warehouse SOPs.
• Manage loading and unloading activities with proper safety measures.
• Prepare and submit stock reports, consumption reports, and variance reports.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and discipline.
• Support internal and external audits related to inventory and stores.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse/store operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo/SAP/Oracle preferred).
• Strong understanding of inventory control methods.
• Knowledge of industrial warehousing and material handling.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software.
• Ability to coordinate across departments.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of safety and compliance standards.

Working Conditions

• Factory-based role.
• May require extended working hours during audits or peak production periods.
• Exposure to warehouse operations, forklifts, and material handling equipment.
