The purpose of this role is to manage senior strategists and planner/junior on day-to-day client strategy needs on a single account or group of accounts – guiding insight generation, creative briefs, selling narratives, strategic POVs and go-to market plans

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Define and lead the overall strategy for new pitches and all current accounts.

Build frameworks rooted in cultural insights and consumer behavior

Partner with creative, production, and client servicing teams to ensure strategy informs execution.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of strategists, planners, and analysts.

Ensure the team delivers compelling strategies, pitches, and recommendations consistently.
Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the senior strategy lead for key clients, ensuring business goals are translated into content strategies.

Build long-term relationships by positioning Dentsu Amplifi as a trusted strategic partner.
Research & Insights

Leverage data and analytics to optimize performance and refine future content strategies.

Qualifications
