We are seeking a " Talent Acquisition Manager/Head" for a leading global bank, an experienced strategic thinker who can shape, elevate, and lead the bank’s Talent Acquisition function within a large-scale, high-impact financial institution.

If you are a seasoned TA leader with 10+ years of experience and a strong understanding of the strategic talent demands of modern banking, this role is an excellent fit.


Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and continuously optimize Talent Acquisition strategies that support the staffing needs of core banking units such as Corporate, Retail, Treasury, Risk, and Operations.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies.
  • Develop targeted sourcing approaches to identify experienced banking professionals, including specialists in compliance, risk management, regulatory areas, and senior commercial roles.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the TA team while enhancing recruitment processes to ensure speed, quality, and an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Champion the bank’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP), promoting its culture of stability, expertise, and long-term career growth.
  • Use HR analytics and recruitment metrics to improve effectiveness and drive accountability.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to regulatory and compliance standards within the financial industry.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition; at least 5 years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Banking or Financial Services sector experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong track record in recruiting for senior and specialized roles such as Credit Risk, Audit, Compliance, Commercial Banking, and Treasury.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with HRBPs and senior business leaders.
  • Experience in designing and executing sourcing and employer branding strategies, particularly on platforms like LinkedIn.
  • High proficiency in ATS platforms and modern HR technologies.
  • Excellent command of Turkish and English , both written and spoken.
