Head of Talent & Partnerships Manager

We are looking for a Talent & Brand Relations Manager to oversee talent acquisition, people management, and brand relationships across our growing portfolio of ventures.

This role will be responsible for managing HR operations for all projects, while building industry relationships, partnerships, and public presence for Palette & Pixel, our product-based marketing agency.

The ideal candidate understands creative industries, startups, and modern marketing environments, and can balance people management with external brand relations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Lead hiring processes across all ventures and projects
• Identify and recruit high-quality talent including:
• Designers
• Strategists
• Marketers
• Videographers
• Editors
• Baristas and operational staff (where required)
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews
• Coordinate hiring with founders and department heads
• Manage onboarding for new employees

HR Management (Across All Projects)

The role will oversee HR operations for all businesses under the ecosystem.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining employee records and contracts
• Managing attendance and leave records
• Structuring HR policies and workplace guidelines
• Supporting payroll coordination
• Managing performance evaluations
• Ensuring professional work culture across teams

The manager will act as the central HR coordinator for all ventures.

Talent Development & Team Culture

• Ensure a healthy, ambitious, and professional work environment
• Identify skill gaps and support employee growth
• Organize team development initiatives or workshops
• Support leadership in building strong internal teams

Brand Relations & Partnerships (Palette & Pixel)

The role will also support external reputation and partnerships for Palette & Pixel.

• Help organize networking opportunities and collaborations
