Head of Warehousing & Inventory (HWI001)

Foreground is partnering with a drilling and energy services company in Muscat, Oman, to appoint a Head of Warehousing & Inventory . This role will manage all aspects of warehousing, storage, and materials handling across the companys Omani operations.

About The Role

The Head will be responsible for ensuring materials availability, warehouse optimization, and compliance with regulatory and safety standards in handling critical drilling equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehousing operations across multiple facilities, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, and optimization of spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with Omani regulations on storage, handling, and safety.
• Introduce warehouse automation systems and digital inventory management tools.
• Coordinate with supply chain and procurement to align inventory levels with operational demand.
• Lead warehouse staff training and development programs.
  
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 15-18 years in warehousing and inventory management in drilling, oilfield, or heavy industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of materials handling, inventory systems, and safety compliance.
• Proven experience implementing warehouse automation and ERP integration.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering.
