Experience: - 10 to 15 years (Preferred Construction Industry experience)
Qualification: - Any Graduate/PG
Key Responsibilities:-
- Leadership Role: Proven experience as Head of Operations or similar leadership role
- Knowledge of Cross Functional Teams: Familiarity with all business functions including Sales, HR, Store and Logistics, Contract fulfilment.
- Good communication : with Stakeholders, Verbal and written
- Graduate or post Graduate
- Mentorship qualities : Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity
- Self-Motivated: Take charge, evaluate available resources, then propose and implement appropriate solutions.
- WORK UNDER PRESSURE, Candidate who can take working pressure, especially when sites encounter issues. Good operations managers are a stabilizing force during these times, helping to keep projects (and, often, even entire companies) afloat.
What is Expected :
- Reporting throughout till the site’s completion, stakeholders may approach the operations Head for progress updates. Good operations managers can figure out what data should be presented, assemble that data in a concise format, and report confidently to the stakeholders in question
- Managing a team of Supervisors/Field Co coordinators: Allocate the sites to supervisors/ Field Coordinators and timely monitor the site's progress and report to the management, Work deadline and product use.
- Coordinating the order and delivery of materials to job sites
- facilitating site planning meetings
- tracking company resource usage
- identifying project risks and proposing solutions
- dispatching subcontractors and equipment
- measuring and managing client satisfaction
- facilitating weekly operations meetings
- coordinating equipment maintenance
- Coordination with Labor’s:- Regarding their salary, Advance pay salary, leave, and food Expenses coordinating with HR.
- Coordination with clients regarding site readiness- issues, Site Issues and resolution, coordination regarding the work status of a site or any other site challenges.
- Responsible for Stock Inventory.
- Take interviews for supervisors or any as directed
- Conduct official meetings and training for staff as required.
