As the Head Spa and Facial, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional client experiences, and maintain high standards of service excellence. Responsibilities

• Lead the spa team in delivering high-quality facial treatments, skincare therapies, and relaxation services that exceed client expectations
• Develop and implement treatment protocols, ensuring all services adhere to safety standards and industry best practices
• Manage appointment scheduling, client consultations, and treatment plans to optimize client satisfaction and retention
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain technical proficiency, professionalism, and a positive work environment
• Oversee inventory management of skincare products, spa supplies, and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene standards, and compliance with health regulations across all treatment areas
• Promote retail sales of skincare products by educating clients on benefits and personalized recommendations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a spa therapist or facial specialist with a strong background in skincare treatments and therapies
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• In-depth knowledge of facial techniques, skin analysis, massage therapy, and current industry trends
• Excellent communication skills for client consultations, team coordination, and promotional activities
• Certification or licensing in esthetics or cosmetology as required by local regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional service

Pay: $400.00 - $700.00 per week
