Head Waiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and enthusiastic Waiter/ess to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will ensure that every guest has a memorable experience by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer requests, concerns, or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
• Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant according to operational standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle cash or card transactions when required.
