Headmistress – The Orchid School

The Orchid School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Headmistress to lead its Cambridge Section. The ideal candidate will be a strong academic leader with proven experience in managing faculty, implementing the Cambridge curriculum, and maintaining the highest standards of teaching and discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic and administrative leadership for the Cambridge system.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop teaching staff.
• Oversee curriculum planning, lesson delivery, and student progress.
• Ensure compliance with Cambridge guidelines and school policies.
• Foster a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
• Strengthen parent communication and community engagement.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree (preferably in Education or related field).
• Minimum 10–15 years of teaching and school leadership experience, with strong Cambridge background.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to inspire staff and students while upholding school values.
