Job Summary

The Orchid School is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and visionary Headmistress to lead the Cambridge Section at our KN Gohar Chapter. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic leadership skills, a thorough understanding of the Cambridge curriculum, and the ability to drive excellence in teaching, learning, and school operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall academic and administrative functions of the campus.
• Ensure the effective implementation of the Cambridge curriculum and assessment standards.
• Recruit, mentor, supervise, and evaluate teaching staff.
• Monitor student achievement and implement strategies for continuous academic improvement.
• Maintain a safe, disciplined, and positive learning environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and staff.
• Plan and execute school development initiatives and academic calendars.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and Cambridge standards.
• Oversee admissions, student retention, and overall campus performance.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Education or a relevant discipline (M.Ed. preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a Cambridge school.
• Strong knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum and educational best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and educational management systems is an advantage.
