Key Responsibilities
- Greet, register, and guide patients for health check-ups.
- Provide information on check-up packages and preparation instructions.
- Coordinate appointments with doctors, labs, and radiology departments.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and timely completion of tests/consultations.
- Maintain records, generate reports, and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
- Handle patient queries and feedback with professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Science / Healthcare / Hospital Management (preferred).
- Prior hospital/healthcare experience desirable.
- Strong communication (English & Hindi & Gujarati).
- Knowledge of diagnostic tests and hospital systems.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Patient-friendly and empathetic attitude.
Work Conditions
- Based in OPD / Preventive Health Department.
- Coordination with patients, consultants, diagnostic & admin teams.
- Flexibility for weekends/holidays as per hospital policy.

Pay: ₹11,072.64 - ₹40,768.43 per month
