Health Club Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive and service-driven Health Club Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our fitness and wellness facilities. This role ensures a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests and members, while leading a team committed to health, hospitality, and high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the gym, pool, sauna, and locker areas

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of all health club facilities

• Greet and assist guests, providing information on equipment, classes, and wellness offerings

• Monitor staff performance and schedule shifts to ensure optimal coverage

• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate with Engineering for repairs

• Maintain inventory of towels, amenities, and supplies

• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality health and safety regulations

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally

• Support wellness initiatives and promote a healthy lifestyle among guests and staff

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a health club, spa, or fitness center

• Knowledge of fitness equipment and safety protocols

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• First Aid and CPR certification preferred

• Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude

• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
