Job Title: Fit Out Supervisor Department:* Operations / Projects Reporting To:* Project Manager / Site Engineer

Job Summary:

The Fit Out Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all interior fit-out activities at the site, ensuring that works are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role requires strong site supervision, coordination with subcontractors and suppliers, and strict adherence to safety and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities related to interior fit-out works (joinery, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, painting, MEP coordination, etc.).
  • Ensure that all work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, materials, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with project engineers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
  • Prepare daily site progress reports and update project management on work status and issues.
  • Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements and report shortages in advance.
  • Ensure all site activities are carried out safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct quality inspections and ensure corrective actions are taken when needed.
  • Attend site meetings and provide technical input and feedback when required.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline are maintained on site.
  • Assist in snagging, de-snagging, and final handover of completed works.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in interior fit-out supervision (preferably in commercial, hospitality, or retail projects).
  • Strong technical knowledge of interior finishing materials and installation methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic site reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
