Health Insurance Advisor

As part of our expanding Health Insurance division, we are seeking experienced and performance-driven Advisors to handle inbound health insurance inquiries and convert qualified leads into new business.



Key Responsibilities

1. Inbound Lead Conversion

  • Handle inbound health insurance inquiries generated through online platforms, digital campaigns, and referrals.
  • Conduct consultative discussions to assess customer needs and recommend suitable health insurance plans compliant with DoH, DHA, and MOH regulations.
  • Present accurate and transparent quotations, ensuring clients fully understand coverage options, benefits, and exclusions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly new business targets through high-quality lead conversion.
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and solution-oriented communication throughout the sales cycle.

2. Customer Experience & Relationship Management

  • Provide a premium advisory experience from initial inquiry to policy activation.
  • Ensure all interactions are clear, compliant, and customer-centric.
  • Deliver post-sale support, confirming policy details, documentation accuracy, and activation completion.
  • Build strong relationships with new clients to enhance retention and future cross-sell opportunities.

3. Compliance & Operational Excellence

  • Ensure full adherence to Central Bank of UAE and Health Authority compliance standards.
  • Accurately record all leads, quotations, and client communications within the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure efficient policy processing and issue resolution.
  • Follow internal quality and data protection standards at all times.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven success in health insurance sales, specifically in managing and converting inbound leads within the UAE market.
  • Demonstrated achievement of sales targets and strong performance consistency.
  • Good understanding of UAE health insurance regulations and policy frameworks.

Technical & Soft Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, quotation tools, and digital communication platforms.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client interactions efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with strong follow-up discipline and time management.

Work Parameters:

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM GST or 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM GST
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM GST
