Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with legal and client requirements.

Prepare Risk Assessment and all relevant documents associated with the client/contractor.

Lead HSE risk assessments (e.g., HAZID, HAZOP, JSA) and ensure appropriate control measures are in place at site.

Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards.

Conduct regular HSE audits, inspections, and incident investigations; identify root causes and follow up on corrective/preventive actions.

Prepare and deliver HSE training and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.

Provide expert advice to project and operations teams on HSE best practices and regulatory requirements.

Review and approve work permits, method statements, and risk assessments.

Develop HSE plan, emergency response plans and lead periodic drills and exercises.

Analyze HSE data and prepare reports for management, clients, and regulatory bodies.
-
Mentor and guide other HSE officers, ensuring knowledge transfer and professional development.

Liaise with regulatory bodies, clients, and contractors regarding HSE matters.

Perform Internal Audit and external ISO audits

Prepare required SOP”s and KPI
Requirements:
Education, Qualifications & Language:
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (from recognized University)

NEBOSH IGC
-
(Mandatory)
, IOSH & ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
Experience:
-
Minimum 6 years of relevant HSE experience with enough knowledge in construction, MEP & firefighting.

Proven track record in developing and implementing HSE systems and driving a strong safety culture.
-
Experience in leading audits, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.
