Health, Safety & Environment Engineer

Job Summary

Falcon Group of Companies is seeking a qualified HSE Engineer to ensure the implementation of health, safety, and environmental standards across infrastructure construction projects. The role involves monitoring site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and promoting a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on project sites.
• Conduct site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and project safety plans.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety trainings, and awareness programs.
• Monitor the use of PPE and safe work practices across all site activities.
• Prepare and maintain HSE reports, documentation, and safety records.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to improve safety performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of HSE experience in infrastructure or construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and risk management practices.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively on active construction sites.
