About Aspire Caregiving
Aspire Caregiving is a growing home care agency dedicated to enhancing the lives of clients and caregivers across Oregon. We’re currently seeking a Healthcare Office Administrator (also known as a Medical Office Manager or Healthcare Operations Coordinator) to lead our Medford office.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and lead a team of 2–4 onsite employees
- Respond to calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
- Audit and maintain client and caregiver files in WellSky and OneDrive
- Track and follow up on KPIs, reports, and compliance logs
- Conduct staff check-ins, meetings, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with recruiting, scheduling, and nursing departments
- Manage office supplies, billing, and facility upkeep
- Support hiring, onboarding, and staff training
- Assist with disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans
- Occasionally assist with care visits or caregiver orientations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration or office management
- Proven ability to supervise, coach, and motivate staff
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with WellSky or Viventium a plus
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
