- Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the organization’s needs and develop a specific hiring strategy
- Develop and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and other potential recruitment channels
- Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct preliminary interviews and screenings of potential candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
- Act as a liaison between the candidates, hiring managers, and human resources staff
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate the offer process
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Attend job fairs and industry conferences to network with potential candidates
- Maintain records of all candidates and hires, and report on recruitment campaign success and areas for improvement
- Stay informed about trends and innovations in healthcare recruitment and retention strategies
