• Roles and Responsibilities
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the organization’s needs and develop a specific hiring strategy
• Develop and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and other potential recruitment channels
• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct preliminary interviews and screenings of potential candidates
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
• Act as a liaison between the candidates, hiring managers, and human resources staff
• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate the offer process
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Attend job fairs and industry conferences to network with potential candidates
• Maintain records of all candidates and hires, and report on recruitment campaign success and areas for improvement
• Stay informed about trends and innovations in healthcare recruitment and retention strategies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
