Heavy Vehicle Auto Electrician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Auto Electrician specialized in heavy truck maintenance. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in heavy vehicles. Experience in air conditioning (AC) repair work will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in heavy trucks and trailers.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, components, and systems.
• Repair or replace faulty electrical parts such as alternators, batteries, lights, sensors, switches, and starters.
• Test and calibrate electrical systems to ensure they meet performance and safety standards.
• Work on onboard electronics and control modules (e.g., ECU, CAN systems).
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of vehicle electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services performed.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations.
• Support AC system diagnostics and repairs (if experienced).
• Collaborate with mechanics and workshop team as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Auto Electrician, preferably in heavy trucks or commercial vehicles.
• Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems, diagnostics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and electrical testing equipment.
• Technical certification or diploma in Auto Electrical or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of air conditioning systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
