Job Brief

We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented IT Help Desk with 2–3 years of experience to join our TMG-Online branch in Madinaty.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT-related issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations for employees. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and office IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot system, internet, and email issues and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Support users with basic IT requests and day-to-day technical problems.
  • Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper documentation.
  • Ensure data security, system access control, and basic IT compliance.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when needed.
  • Perform routine system checks and basic maintenance tasks.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP).
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Must be a resident of Madinaty or nearby areas (mandatory).
