  • Respond to support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system and resolve within SLA.
  • Coordinate with logistics and technical teams for spare parts and follow-ups.
  • Maintain clear communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT help desk / technical support (CSR experience preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of hardware components.
  • Strong task prioritization and time management skills.
  • Experience with global IT support/logistics is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
