Help Desk Technician

We're representing a global, privately held investment and advisory firm headquartered in New York City that needs to hire a L2 IT Support Professional.

• This is a true Contract-to-Hire (C2H) opportunity
• The role is fully on-site 5 days a week in midtown Manhattan

Core Requirements:

• Experience supporting Microsoft's Suite of Products
• Working knowledge of Active Directory
• Familiarity with Citrix would be useful
• WebEx experience would be a plus
• Any Cisco related system troubleshooting experience would be a plus
• Familiarity with IT Servicing tools like Monday.com

Soft Skills Needed:

• Ability to learn & pick up new tools on the fly
• Ability to operate in a fast paced financial services environment
• Flexibility with working hours may be needed from time to time
• Willingness to stay late or work on a weekend (infrequently) is important
• Ability to de-escalate stressful or tense situations
