Helper

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading building materials.
• Organize and stock products on shelves and in storage areas.
• Help customers find the right products and provide basic product information.
• Support the sales team in handling customer queries and processing orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the shop and storage area.
• Assist in inventory checks and restocking.
• Ensure proper handling and care of materials to avoid damage.
• Perform other general duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Matric or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales or warehouse/helper roles preferred (not mandatory).
• Basic understanding of building materials is a plus.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Good communication skills and a helpful attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to shop procedures.
