Storekeeper - Sharjah Based

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage and maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment used in Outdoor Advertising operations. The role involves receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing materials for fabrication, installation, and maintenance of advertising structures such as billboards, hoardings, signage, and digital displays.

The Store Keeper will ensure accurate inventory records, maintain proper stock levels, and coordinate with procurement, production, and installation teams to ensure timely availability of required materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Issue items based on approved material requisition forms.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels using manual records and/or inventory management software.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify the purchasing department for reordering.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.

Storage & Organization:

  • Ensure all items are stored in a clean, secure, and organized manner.
  • Label and categorize inventory to allow for easy identification and retrieval.
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the storage area.

Coordination & Communication:

  • Coordinate with the fabrication, printing, and installation teams to provide materials as per project timelines.
  • Liaise with the procurement department for purchase orders and delivery follow-ups.
  • Report damaged or missing items immediately to the supervisor or concerned department.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain records of stock in/out transactions, delivery notes, and purchase invoices.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of material receipts, transfer notes, and returns.

Qualification & Skills

  • Diploma in Supply Chain / Inventory Management is an advantage.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in construction, signage, or outdoor advertising industry.
  • Basic knowledge of tools and materials used in outdoor advertising (e.g., flex, vinyl, LED panels, clamps, scaffolding, etc.).
  • Familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Physically fit and able to lift/move materials.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
