High-Level Executive Assistant

KW Reserve is seeking a High-Level Executive Assistant to partner with our owner, lead internal operations, optimize systems, and drive scalable growth.


This full-time, in-person role requires a highly organized, intelligent, and proactive professional who will accompany the operating principal daily, providing seamless executive and personal support. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker, an excellent communicator, and a tech-savvy professional with marketing skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.


  • Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 based on experience

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the daily schedule of the operating principal, ensuring all appointments and meetings are efficiently organized.
  • Oversee internal operations, optimizing systems to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing strategies, leveraging your tech-savvy skills to drive engagement.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the organization.
  • Support the owner in strategic planning and decision-making by providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion, ensuring the highest level of privacy and security is maintained at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing executive schedules and coordinating complex calendars.
  • Ability to oversee and optimize internal operations, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
