Position Overview:

We are looking for a Highway Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in road and highway construction. The ideal candidate must have expertise in Auto Level operations, site execution, and supervision of highway works. The role involves ensuring quality, progress, and safety while coordinating with site teams for smooth execution of the project at Mahala (Jaipur).

⸻Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor day-to-day road and highway construction activities as per project requirements.

• Conduct surveys, leveling, and alignment checks using Auto Level and related instruments.

• Review drawings, technical specifications, and ensure proper implementation at site.

• Supervise and coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and labor workforce.

• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and site documentation.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and timelines.

• Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and resolving technical/site issues.

• Verify material quality, usage, and ensure timely availability for uninterrupted work.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

• 3–5 years of work experience in highway/road construction projects.

• Strong working knowledge of Auto Level and survey instruments.

• Familiarity with IRC/MORTH specifications is an added advantage.

• Good leadership, reporting, and coordination skills.

• Willing to be stationed at Mahala, Jaipur project site.

Compensation:

• Attractive package, negotiable based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
