Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in the manpower and staffing industry in Saudi Arabia. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s manpower services in line with Saudi market standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new clients for manpower and staffing services

· Conduct client meetings with companies, factories, contractors, and project sites

· Understand client manpower requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions

· Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts

· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

· Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams for smooth mobilization of manpower

· Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback

· Achieve assigned business development targets

Qualification:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Requirements:

· 3–5 years of experience in the manpower Sector (Saudi Arabia experience mandatory)

· Strong understanding of the Saudi labor market and manpower services

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills

· Ability to work independently and achieve business targets

· Valid transferable Iqama

· Languages: English (required), Arabic (preferred)

· Willingness to travel within the Eastern Province as required
