Job Description:

1. Responding to customer queries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner

2. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

2.Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented service.

Requirements:

. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

. Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

FE Closing: Minimum 6 Months (Required)
