We are looking for motivated and confident Customer Service Representatives to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls communicating professionally with customers and following campaign guidelines to ensure quality performance.

Job Responsibities :

• Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Follow campaign scripts, policies and quality standards
• Accurately record call outcomes and customer information in the system
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies.
