Hiring For Sales/ Sales Executive -Punjab

Position Summary:

We are seeking a professional, results-driven Textbook Sales / Book Sales to join our publishing organization. This role is responsible for promoting and selling educational textbooks and instructional materials to schools, school districts, and other academic institutions. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of the education sector, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with school administrators, curriculum coordinators, and educators.
  • Present and promote textbook offerings and digital learning solutions to K–12 institutions.
  • Conduct on-site and virtual sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, and customer service) to address client needs and support sales objectives.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics within designated territories.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Participate in educational conferences, trade shows, and relevant networking events.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and account status using CRM software.

Qualifications:

  • Any graduate
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in educational publishing
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with curriculum standards, adoption cycles, and school procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed.
