Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property due diligence and verification checks
- Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
- Coordinate property viewings and negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, or property consultancy (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
- RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English
