Job Description – HR Operations Executive

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be a female professional with excellent communication skills and strong expertise in recruitment processes. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting employee lifecycle activities, and ensuring smooth execution of HR policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver quality candidates.
• Strong knowledge in using job portals like LinkedIn or Naukri.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
• Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, and compliance documentation.
• Employee Engagement
• Support induction programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Address employee queries and provide HR-related support.
• Policy & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to company HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Assist in audits and compliance reporting.
• Good communication skill is required.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations/recruitment.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and HR processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.

Preferred Candidate: Female candidate with a proactive attitude and ability to multitask
