Hiring in Call Center- Night Shift

Timings: 11 PM to 8 AM (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outgoing calls to prospective customers.
• Be a presenter and sell products/services.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Be able to meet professional call quality standards.
• Maintain customer records in CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Excellent speaking and influencing abilities.
• Result-oriented and sales-driven mindset.
• Call center or sales experience (preferably prior)
• Familiarity with the basics of CRM tools will be an added advantage.
• Night shift (11 PM 8 AM) work abilities.
