A leading organization in the Middle East, specializing in car park management, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Park Manager to oversee its operations in Doha. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with extensive experience in managing large-scale parking facilities such as hospitals, airports, malls, or major establishments.

Position Overview

The Car Park Manager will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, and performance of car park operations. This includes supervising staff, ensuring high service standards, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining a safe and customer-friendly environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in car park operations and management

(preferably in large-scale environments such as airports, hospitals, malls, or major facilities)

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
• Excellent understanding of parking systems, logistics, traffic flow, and customer service protocols
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written & spoken)
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
• Valid Qatar Driving License (Manual & Automatic)
