Customer HR Support Specialist

Job Purpose:

To provide excellent customer service and support for HR-related services. This includes handling client inquiries, addressing HR concerns, ensuring smooth communication between clients and HR teams, and contributing to a positive client experience. The role also involves maintaining a detailed understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems to resolve client queries effectively with different agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with HR-related inquiries or concerns, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • HR Process Management: Assist clients in navigating HR processes such as onboarding, benefits enrollment, payroll, and performance management.
  • HR Documentation: Ensure the accurate processing of HR documents, contracts, and other essential paperwork in accordance with company policies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • HR System Support: Provide assistance with the HRIS system and other platforms to troubleshoot issues or guide clients through HR-related processes.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Support the HR team in gathering client feedback and generating reports to track the effectiveness of HR services.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure all client-related HR activities comply with legal regulations, company policies, and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in client service, HR, or a customer-facing HR role.
  • Must Have valid Qatar id

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and HR teams.
  • Customer-Oriented Mindset: Ability to handle client concerns with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
  • HR Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in handling client information and HR documentation.
