Sales Manager – Fire Protection Systems
Bilingual candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve departmental goals.
· Develop and execute sales strategies for fire protection systems and solutions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
· Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
· Oversee tendering, proposals, and contract negotiations.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements.
· Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
· Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for the sales team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
· Minimum 8–10 years of sales experience in the fire protection industry, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
· Strong understanding of NFPA, Civil Defense regulations, and fire protection systems.
· Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Ability to lead a diverse team and manage multiple projects.
