Job Description

Code Genic By Mars is hiring experienced Self Verifiers & Verifiers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying Medicare beneficiary information while maintaining strict compliance and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Verify beneficiary details on recorded/live calls
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and call quality standards
• Confirm customer eligibility and consent
• Meet daily and weekly verification targets
• Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 3 Months to 1 years of call center experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Good listening and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
