Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Marketing Expert to manage and grow our presence across multiple social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.)
• Manage and optimize social media accounts to maximize reach and engagement
• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content aligned with brand goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling campaigns
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms
• Engage with online communities and build strong audience relationships
• Prepare reports and present performance insights to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media marketing (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools
• Experience with paid advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Familiarity with analytics and performance tracking tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience in BPO or international market exposure
• Knowledge of content design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Experience managing multiple brand accounts
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies
