Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Holiday Home cum Real Estate Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in holiday home management and Real Estate and be proficient in updating property listings on platforms such as Bayut, Propertyfinder, Airbnb, and Booking.com. Additionally, the candidate should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience with all operational processes of the holiday home and real estate business including contract preparation. Further the admin should preferably experience with Hostaway. The Holiday Home Admin will work closely with the concierge team, accounting team, and maintenance/housekeeping team to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Listings Management:

- Obtain DTCM permits for new property listings.

- Prepare Property Management Agreements and Management letters for DTCM.

- Update and manage property listings on Bayut, Propertyfinder, Airbnb, Booking.com, and other relevant platforms.

- Ensure all listings are accurate, visually appealing, and up-to-date with the latest information and availability.

CRM and Hostaway Management:

- Maintain and update the company’s CRM system with guest information, booking details, and property status.

- Utilize Hostaway for efficient property and reservation management.

- Utilize Breezeway for efficient housekeeping and maintenance scheduling.

Team Collaboration:

- Coordinate with the concierge team to ensure seamless guest check-ins and check-outs.

- Liaise with the accounting team to ensure accurate billing and financial records.

- Work with the maintenance and housekeeping team to schedule and monitor property upkeep and cleanliness.

Guest Relations:

- Assist in handling guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints promptly and professionally.

- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Administrative Support:

- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and report generation.

- Assist in preparing and managing property-related documents, contracts and records.

Requirements:

Experience:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in holiday home management or a related field.

- Proven experience in updating property listings on Bayut, Propertyfinder, Airbnb, and Booking.com.

- Experience with Monday.com CRM system and Hostaway is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
