At PVH (Provident Vacation Homes), we manage premium short-term rental properties across Dubai’s most sought-after locations. With ambitious growth plans, we’re seeking a driven, strategic, and market-savvy Sales Development Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts and solidify PVH as the go-to partner for holiday home management.
Position Summary:
The Sales Development Manager will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding new property owners to our holiday home portfolio. This individual must combine deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market with strong sales acumen, CRM fluency, and a passion for strategic growth.
Your mission: Find and convert landlords and investors into long-term PVH clients.
Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Growth & Market Insight
- Identify key opportunities in Dubai's evolving holiday home landscape
- Analyze supply/demand trends across communities (Palm, Marina, Downtown, JVC, etc.)
- Build strategies to scale PVH’s managed unit count sustainably and profitably
- Target handover cycles of new off-plan projects to secure units early
2. Client Acquisition & Networking
- Proactively source property owners via:
- Real estate agency partnerships (internal & external)
- Networking with brokers and developer handover teams
- Online/offline lead databases (including DLD insights)
- Cold calling, WhatsApp outreach, and local real estate events
- Build trust and rapport with high-value landlords and investors
- Qualify leads and tailor solutions to owner goals
3. Sales Execution & Negotiation
- Own the sales cycle: pitch, handle objections, close
- Present ROI comparisons (holiday home vs long-term rental)
- Overcome objections related to fees, wear & tear, occupancy, and revenue splits
- Balance owner expectations with company profitability
4. CRM & Operational Mastery
- Maintain all leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Build workflows and lead nurturing sequences
- Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs and identify bottlenecks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, ROI models) and PowerPoint
5. Presentation & Communication
- Confidently deliver verbal and written presentations
- Customize proposals, onboarding materials, and owner agreements
- Simplify performance metrics into owner-friendly language (yields, occupancy, net revenue)
- Represent PVH’s premium image in all touchpoints — online and in person
6. Customer Experience & Issue Management
- Act as point-of-contact for escalated client issues during onboarding
- Address owner concerns with transparency and professionalism
- Collaborate with operations to ensure a smooth property setup and transition
