Experience: Minimum 2 years of hotel sales and short-term rental apartment experience in Dubai.

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in the hotel and hospitality industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in a hotel environment, with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.

This role is focused on increasing room sales, managing key accounts, and driving revenue through corporate and travel trade partnerships

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to increase hotel room sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with front office, reservations, and revenue teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote the hotel.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market and corporate sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
