Home Care Nurse

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Home Care Nurses to provide high-quality nursing care to newborns, young children, and elderly patients in a home setting. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a valid PRC license, and have hands-on experience in pediatric and/or elderly care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to newborns and children (ages 1–6 years).
• Deliver comprehensive care to elderly male and female patients.
• Monitor vital signs and overall health condition of patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with daily living activities when required.
• Educate family members on proper care techniques and health management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and infection control standards at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing).
• Valid PRC license.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience.
• Experience in newborn care, pediatric care (1–6 years), and/or elderly care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable to home care environments.

Preferred Qualifications (Advantage):

• Completed Dataflow and Prometric (for faster application processing).
• Previous home care experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to join within short notice is an advantage.
