Home Health Community Liaison

Elite Health Care is a vibrant, nurse owned Home Health Agency that is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients. We are seeking a Community Liaison with a positive and professional attitude to join our team.

This position is open for candidates who have Home Health marketing experience as the Community Liaison, as we are a well established company.

The pay rate is open for negotiation during the job interview.

Position Summary

Responsible for managing all aspects of agency marketing, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns and facilitating patient’s transition to home care.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health marketing.
• Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
• Knowledge of corporate business management.
• Demonstrates good communications, negotiations, and public relations skills.
• Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.

Essential Functions/Areas of Accountability:

• Visit Doctors’ offices, hospital discharge desks, assisted living facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present Elite Health Care credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Arrange meetings and coordinate events for our staff to meet with referring physicians and their office staff.
• Analyze Elite Health Care's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete an analysis of the company's "product" line.
• Analyze patient/company relationships.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable.
• Implement marketing plan staying within established timetable.
• Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis.
• Manage marketing collateral (e.g. brochures, posters, business cards) -- delivery, placement, and re-ordering.
