Summary

We are seeking a driven and a proactive individual to join our dynamic HR team as a recruiter and Junior HR assistant. In this role, you will lead the recruitment efforts to bring onboard clinicians (Nurses, Therapists, Aides) to staff our own Home Health Agencies across multiple counties in Florida. The ideal candidate will have a passion for actively engaging and connecting with potential candidates using various channels that include direct contact, social media, job boards, referrals, community outreach, etc).

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies for sourcing and build recruitment plans to ensure a steady ongoing pipeline of clinicians to support all open positions within the Agencies.
  • Understand social media and use it effectively to promote our Home Health agencies to attract potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial pre-screening interview and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Perform end-to-end hiring initiatives from sourcing to final onboarding and documentation of candidates.
  • Maintain accurate employee records through effective data collection and data entry practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a recruiter in healthcare settings preferably Home Health.
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple mainstreams.
  • Proven experience in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR roles.
  • Ability to pick up the phone and cold call candidates and/or communicate with candidates.
  • Knowledge of talent management practices and workforce management strategies is beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and Home Health regulations/compliances is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.39 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
