- Design & implement training modules for home loan products, sourcing techniques, documentation, credit norms & compliance guidelines.
- Conduct onboarding & refresher training for new and existing sales staff, channel partners, and telecallers.
- Evaluate training needs by assessing performance gaps, market requirements, and management inputs across branches.
- Create role-specific learning paths for sales executives, relationship managers, DSAs, and branch managers.
- Prepare training content & material including presentations, handbooks, videos, product notes & process flow charts.
- Deliver classroom, virtual & field training sessions to improve selling skills, product knowledge & conversion efficiency.
- Conduct mock sales interviews & role plays to enhance objection handling, negotiation & customer communication skills.
- Measure training effectiveness using assessments, post-training performance tracking & scorecards.
- Collaborate with sales, credit, technical & legal teams to ensure accurate and updated training content.
- Track market & product changes (interest rates, schemes, policies, competition) and update teams regularly.
- Monitor and improve productivity KPIs such as lead-to-login ratio, login-to-sanction ratio & sanction-to-disbursement ratio through training interventions.
- Identify top performers & potential leaders to plan advanced training and growth pathways.
- Maintain training MIS & reports including attendance records, performance results, and skill gap analysis.
- Drive certification programs for sales staff and channel partners to standardize capability & compliance.
- Ensure consistent training delivery across branches to support business targets and reduce sourcing quality issues.
